As we see the movies they become more and more modern. The last one we watched which was with David Tennant is the most modern one of them. I find weird that such a language is used at that time. I do not like the idea of modernizing such a great piece by shakespeare. The one I really appreciated was the one with Mel Gibson which gives a type of authenticity to Hamlet since it is set around the medieval times. However the actors in the avid tenant one are much more realistic than any other one. The mother is not overly flirty and does not start a sort of makeout session with her son. Obviously each movie is different including the characters behaviors.

Movie scene comparison
During class, we watched several different versions of Hamlet of act I scene 2.
The ones that really popped up to me were the one with Mel Gibson and the one with Kenneth Branagh. All the directors like to put their own signature in the movie they direct. You can see by comparing those two movies. In the Mel Gibson version, the scene happens in a closed room where the only people present are king Claudius, Queen Gertrude, and Hamlet. After the king gives his speech to Hamlet. His mother speaks to him amd shows a little flirty relationship. In Kenneth Kang's version, it is the same dialogue except I'm a different order. The relationship between the mother and the Hamlet is much more formal and the conversation is much more public since it took place in a room full of people.

iPads.
iPads have advantages and disadvantages. During class it can get quite annoying to use the iPad with autocorrection that corrects numerous words including names. It is also a Bother to use kno and takes longer to highlight something which can then make one fall behind and have to catch up to the rhythm of the class. However the iPad makes it much easier to work. All of your heavy books are now stored in one little device which is lighter than a laptop. There is also the feeling that the use of advance technology gives. Even though it is pretty cool to use it. It can get tedious to have to deal with remembering to charge an extra device. Blogging has given a easier view towards English. It is much easier and much more efficient.

What was important in Hamlet?
After reading the 1st chapter, I noticed that the most important part is when Hamlet sees his father’s apparition as a ghost. His father informs him that his death was not an accident but was actually caused by Hamlet’s uncle who in cold blood murdered Hamlet’s father.

Conclusion
Even though Darcy and Elizabeth started their relationship on a rough start, throughout the story they start to become found of each other. When they first meet they were cold towards each other. Meetings by meetings they start to become a little more joyful to each other. Elizabeth's opinion of Darcy is based on mistakes that he has done previously in his life such as with Whickham which drives her to decline Darcy's proposal marriage. There relationship is not the same at the end than it is at beginning. Feelings that were never there before are here and very visible.

Paragraph 1
For most of the book Elizabeth dislikes Darcy. She sees him as proud and arrogant and feels that he has treated Witckham unfairly. And the fact that Darcy is the reason for Jane's and Bingley's end of relationship does not do Darcy any justice. Their first meet at a dance party towards the beginning of the book. Darcy is not as social as Bingley is, he does not care to dance and would rather give a cold image while Bingley is joyfull and nonchalant dancing through the crowd like a young and happy kid. Darcy is just as cold as the reaper.

Introduction
Pride and Prejudice's opening sentence states that a rich men has to be in search of a WOmAN. For the most part it is true, but for others it is just a mere myth that mothers have been using in order to motivate their children to marry. Elizabeth Bennett is a young girl who's mother wants her to marry. Unfortunately for Mrs. Bennett Elizabeth is not interested in marrying someone and believes the concept to be utterly stupid. She believes that it is wrong to marry someone just for money. Although Elizabeth and Darcy do not have a good start, their feelings evolve over time.
